NEC Birmingham : 9th-13th April 2018
The increase of robotic machine tool automation will be the centre piece of Hydrafeed’s stand at the forthcoming Mach 2018 exhibition.
Mach 2016 saw the official launch of the RoboJob range of equipment into the UK; Hydrafeed are the sole agents of RoboJob.
Building on the success of the last MACH exhibition two years ago, Hydrafeed will be exhibiting two RoboJob systems, the Turn -Assist and Mill-Assist. Both of these systems are integrated systems that saw their official launch at last year’s EMO show in Hannover. The integrated systems are quicker to install and are more compact.
In addition Hydrafeed will be exhibiting the latest models in their range of short magazine barfeed systems, the MSV65 and MSV80. Both are full servo barfeeds providing a high level of automation to any CNC turning centre. The MSV range offers standard features unavailable on any similar product, providing flexibility to CNC turning centres.
To complete our portfolio of machine tool automation, we are exhibiting the Rota-Rack; the Rota-Rack safely collects finished parts as they come off of a CNC lathe, providing a competitive advantage to manufacturers by enabling their machine tools to run unattended for extended periods of time.
The Hydrafeed technical team will be on hand throughout the show to provide demonstrations on any of the products, and explain the benefits brought by machine tool automation.
Martyn Page, Managing Director of Hydrafeed believes Mach 2018 will be another positive exhibition with rapid growth for products which will aid UK productivity.
